Terms of Service

1. What this service is

CallsEnroll Careers is a marketplace that connects licensed insurance professionals with organizations that hire them. We provide the platform. We are not a party to any employment or contractor relationship formed through it, not an employer of any agent, and not an agent of any employer.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
  • Give accurate information and keep it current. One account per person or organization.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password private and tell us promptly at [security@callsenroll.com] if you think it has been compromised.
  • You must confirm your email address before applying to roles or posting them.

3. Licence information

Agents must provide licence details that are accurate and their own. Submitting another person's NPN, or claiming a licence you do not hold, is grounds for immediate removal and may be reported to the relevant state department of insurance.

What we do and do not verify. Licence details submitted to CallsEnroll are reviewed by our compliance team before a profile shows a verified indicator. That review is a documentary check, not a real-time query against state or NIPR records, and a verified indicator is not a warranty that a licence is currently active or in good standing. Employers remain responsible for independently confirming a producer's licence status and appointment eligibility before engaging them. Nothing on this platform is a substitute for that check.

4. Employer obligations

  • Post only genuine openings you are authorised to recruit for. Describe compensation, employment type and licence requirements accurately.
  • Use candidate information only to evaluate that candidate for the role they applied to or were invited for. Do not resell it, add it to a marketing list, or share it outside your organization.
  • Comply with all applicable employment, equal-opportunity, and insurance-licensing law, including any restrictions on what you may ask a candidate.
  • Verification badges are awarded by our review and may be withdrawn. Do not represent yourself as verified before a badge is granted.

5. Things you may not do

  • Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your licences, identity or organization.
  • Post fraudulent roles, advance-fee schemes, or recruitment for unlicensed activity.
  • Scrape, bulk-export, or systematically collect profiles or listings, or use the platform to build a competing database.
  • Send unsolicited commercial messages through platform messaging.
  • Attempt to access another user's account, data, or our systems without permission.
  • Upload malware, or content you do not have the right to share.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload — your profile, resume, listings and messages. You grant us a licence to host, display and transmit it as needed to operate the platform, and to show it to the users it is meant for. That licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained as described in the privacy policy.

7. The AI assistant

The in-app assistant helps you navigate the platform. It can be wrong, it cannot see your account, and it does not give legal, regulatory, tax or compliance advice. Do not rely on it for anything that matters; confirm with your compliance contact or the relevant state department of insurance.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you get. The service is provided as-is, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Ending your use

You can close your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, or where required by law. We will tell you why unless doing so would compromise an investigation or breach a legal duty.

10. Disclaimers and liability

[To be drafted by counsel. Should address: no warranty as to hiring outcomes or the accuracy of user-supplied information; no liability for the conduct of any agent or employer; limitation and cap on liability; exclusions required or prohibited by applicable state law.]

11. Indemnity

[To be drafted by counsel.]

12. Disputes and governing law

[To be drafted by counsel. Should specify governing law, venue, and whether arbitration and class-action waiver provisions apply — these have state-specific enforceability requirements.]
